The first step in becoming your talent partner starts with understanding your company's goals, missions and values. Only then can we discover the right candidate for your open positions.

Sourcing and Screening Candidates

Not all the best candidates are actively in the market so we utilize a strategic approach to identify and screen the most qualified candidates.

Present Candidates

After a thorough search and conversations with candidates, Elia Search Group will provide current resumes and candidate summaries during a live presentation to the hiring team.

Select Candidate

Now that the interviews have been completed and the candidate has been identified for offer, Elia Search Group will be with you during the home stretch including offer negotiations and welcome package on the candidate's first day.
